The collation/final declaration of results by the chairman of INEC witness some soar moments when elder statesman elder Godsday orubebe almost disrupted the announcement of results.
As soon as the process which started resumed, Orubebe requested to make an observation. He was obliged. He created a scene, swearing as he accused jega of his bias nature. The calmness with which jega handed orubebe's distraction saved the day.
